In the interest of making some more space available on my hard drive, I’ve decided to start a little “From the Archives” photo series. This second set in my series includes shots from 2010 and 2013.
There are a few US Eventing Association recognized horse trials that run each year in the evergreen-filled Fort Tuthill Fairgrounds in Flagstaff, Arizona. The events are always wonderfully run and guaranteed a pleasant weekend in the cool pines two hours north of the scorching Phoenix valley. On the occasions that these photos were shot I wasn’t shooting in a professional capacity. The shots from 2010 were my first time practicing under the tutelage of Captured Moment Photo and the 2012 are from a practice weekend for riders.
