Last week I spoke at the Chandler Arizona WordPress Group meetup about Custom Post Types in WordPress. The talk was live streamed and published on the WPAZ Youtube channel, and I’ve also embedded it below.
My goal was to provide information to the meetup audience (many of whom already have their own WordPress site at the very least) about the basics of Custom Post Types and to introduce the non-technical side of the audience to some basic plugin code.
Thanks to Carol for coordinating both the meetup and our talks (she spoke after me about the Types & Views plugin) and to Clif Batchelor, who regularly shares a lot of great beginner WordPress info at the meetups, for managing all of the AV.
